 I am a small individual handmade business, I want you to love and be happy with your purchase from me and will work to be sure you are satisfied. But, because it is wise to identify a policy ahead of time, please see the below policies for return and refunds of my creations. Handmade products:

How many days customers have to ask for a refund for a physical product?

15 days  — please contact me, but I reserve the right to refuse a refund after this timeframe

What are the conditions that must be met to issue a refund for a physical product?

Product must be returned in its original packaging, Product isn’t used or damaged (unless it arrives that way of course) 

Do you want to reserve the right to refuse a refund if these conditions aren’t met?

 I will often refund products regardless of these conditions, and use quality components and design my items to last and be used.

The customer pays for the shipping costs, in case of a return

Yes, items on sale can be refunded

Yes, customers can exchange the product with a new one or ask for a refund
